Our Services
Claims Support & Appeals
When a claim is denied or a bill looks wrong, you shouldn't have to fight it alone or spend hours on hold. As your local agent, we help you understand the decision, gather what's needed, and file an appeal — so you get the coverage you're actually owed.
We're in your corner
From a surprise bill to a denied service or a prior-authorization snag, we help you navigate the carrier, the paperwork, and the appeals process. We know how these plans work and how to escalate when something isn't right — support that's hard to get from a national call center.
How appeals work
Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans have a formal appeals process with specific deadlines and levels. Missing a deadline can cost you the appeal, so timing matters. We help you file correctly and on time, with the documentation that gives you the best chance.
Year-round support
This is why people stay with a local agent instead of an 800 number: we're here after enrollment, every year, for claims, appeals, plan changes, and questions — at no cost to you. You have a name and a number, not a queue.
Questions, answered
Can you help after I've enrolled?
Absolutely. We stay your advisor year-round for claims, appeals, plan changes, and questions — at no cost. Ongoing support is a core part of what we do.
My claim was denied — what should I do first?
Don't pay a disputed bill or miss the appeal deadline. Call us — we'll review the denial, explain your options, and help you file an appeal if it's warranted.
Is there a fee for claims help?
No. Helping our clients with claims and appeals is part of the free service you get by enrolling through a local agent.
Official Medicare sources
We point you to the federal sources so you can verify everything:
- Medicare.gov — official Medicare costs, coverage, and rules.
- Medicare Plan Compare — compare Medicare Advantage and Part D plans by ZIP.
- Social Security (ssa.gov) — enroll in Parts A & B and check eligibility.
- CMS.gov — Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Education only — confirm current figures on Medicare.gov. We do not offer every plan available in your area.
