Turning 65 Consultations

Turning 65 is the biggest Medicare decision you'll make, and the mail and phone calls can be overwhelming. In a free consultation we map your Initial Enrollment Period, explain Original Medicare vs. Advantage in plain English, and build a plan around your doctors, drugs, budget, and how you like to get care.

Your roadmap

We cover exactly what to do and when — when to enroll in Parts A and B, how to avoid Part B and Part D penalties, and which coverage path fits your health and travel. You leave with a clear plan and a timeline, not a stack of brochures.

Original Medicare vs. Advantage, plainly

We walk through the real fork: Original Medicare plus a Medigap plan and Part D for go-anywhere freedom, or a Medicare Advantage plan for lower premiums and extras with a network. We show you the trade-offs for your situation rather than steering you to one.

No pressure, ever

This is education, not a sales pitch. We explain your options and let you decide in your own time. Many clients meet with us months before their birthday just to understand the landscape — that's exactly what we're here for.

Questions, answered

When should I schedule my turning-65 consult?

About three months before your birthday month, so your coverage is ready the day you're eligible. But it's never too early to learn — many people meet with us six months out.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. We're paid by carriers only if you choose to enroll through us, and even then you pay nothing.

What should I bring?

Your list of current doctors and prescriptions and a rough sense of your budget. That's enough for us to build a real comparison for you.

Official Medicare sources

We point you to the federal sources so you can verify everything:

Education only — confirm current figures on Medicare.gov. We do not offer every plan available in your area.
